Terms of Service — SiteSailors

1. Service Description

SiteSailors provides managed website creation and hosting services for small businesses. We build, host, and maintain your website for a monthly subscription fee.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Your website remains active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

3. Edit Requests

Each plan includes a set number of edit requests per billing period. Unused requests do not carry over. We aim to complete requests within 1-2 business days.

4. Domain Ownership

Domains registered on your behalf are owned by you. If you cancel your subscription, you retain ownership of your domain.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

SiteSailors is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our service beyond the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
